How long have you been practicing?
I have been in private practice since 2011.
What were the main pain points in your daily routine?
Time, always time. In neurological pathologies, we very often have to screen for anxiety, depression, and sleep issues, while also reviewing the patient's other problems. It is difficult to address all of these topics in a structured manner during the consultation time.
What made Aldebaran the right solution for you?
Preparing the consultation beforehand is central to enabling a practice that integrates these screenings without becoming overwhelmed during the consultation. Aldebaran, through the flexibility of the solution and the structuring of information, was perfectly suited to this need. Interoperability with Doctolib was also fundamental.
How do you use Aldebaran on a daily basis?
I integrate each report into the discussion I have with the patient and I also use it to enrich the context for the AI, thanks to the pdf that I integrate directly into Heidi, the format is perfectly recognised. Every morning I load all the Aldebaran results for the day, the export is particularly easy.
How does this help you today in your organisation or your consultations?
The main advantage is having a screening for anxiety, depression, sleep disorders and memory disorders with, at last, structured results and scores that I can monitor longitudinally.
For first consultations, the patient's medical history is also anticipated and gathered more comprehensively, allowing me to have a more complete view of the patient from the very first appointment.
What feedback do you receive from your patients?
Overall, I have good feedback. Some patients can be a bit suspicious at first. But the majority are satisfied, as long as we take good account of the elements they have filled in. This then makes it easier to manage certain problems, such as anxiety, once we have taken the time to screen for them.
