How long have you been practicing?
I have been practicing as a private cardiologist since 2019.

At the consultation, tensions frequently arose from the lack of available medical data. Complex files were difficult to synthesise in a limited amount of time, and communication was difficult, particularly due to age.

How do you use it?
I systematically send a questionnaire to the patients seen in consultation, which allows me to approach the consultations with a large part of the answers to the questions already gathered.
Why did you decide to use it this way?
I decided to use it this way because the questionnaire makes perfect sense at the consultation stage, where there are many questions to ask and time is limited. The questionnaire allows me to save time and energy, while facilitating the final summary of the consultation.
What results have you observed since using Aldebaran?
The use of questionnaires has allowed us to significantly reduce the average delay for consultations and to add one consultation per half-day. In addition to being less tired in the evening when leaving the practice.
What feedback do you receive from your patients?
Patients generally accept this new tool well. The questionnaire completion rate, which reaches around 70%, bears witness to this. The majority feel better listened to thanks to the questionnaire.
