Rheumatology
The ESSPRI is a patient-reported index developed by EULAR to describe three major symptoms of Sjögren's syndrome: dryness, fatigue, and pain. Each of these dimensions is assessed on a scale from 0 to 10, and the final result corresponds to their average.

Self-administered patient questionnaire: dryness, fatigue, and pain are each scored from 0 to 10 based on their maximum intensity over the past two weeks. It complements, but does not replace, the clinician's assessment of systemic disease activity (ESSDAI). Please use the authorized version and document the rounding rule applied.
Score interpretationESSPRI
ESSPRI = (dryness + fatigue + pain) / 3; result from 0 to 10.
Total score
First reading
< 5: acceptable symptomatic state in certain analyses; reduction of at least 1 point or 15%: clinically important improvement.
The score is subjective in nature and does not describe organ complications or all possible symptoms of the syndrome.
