The QuickDASH is a short version of the DASH designed to measure, from the patient's perspective, symptoms and difficulties related to the arm, shoulder, or hand. It consists of 11 items and produces a transformed score from 0 to 100, where a higher score corresponds to greater disability or symptoms.

Terms of contract
Self-administered questionnaire completed by the patient based on their condition over the past week, regardless of which arm or hand was used for the activity. If an activity was not performed, the patient provides their best estimate. The score can only be calculated if at least 10 of the 11 items are completed; the form must not be altered. Recall period: the last seven days. Never calculate the score if more than one of the eleven responses is missing.
Score interpretationQuickDASH
