Dermatology
The PO-SCORAD® is a patient-oriented adaptation of the SCORAD designed to facilitate self-assessment of atopic dermatitis between consultations. It combines the extent of lesions, several skin signs, and subjective symptoms such as pruritus and sleep disturbance. It does not replace a medical examination, and its implementation must comply with the tools and visuals validated by the Eczema Foundation.
